Shipping & Returns


Please note that Apostlebird can only ship orders to Australian postal addresses using our standard shipping service with Australia Post surface mail. Our shipping rates are based on size: small items >1kg – $10; medium items 1- 4kg – $25; large/heavy items 4kg < – $40; and all furniture priced on individual basis. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders, please contact us if you wish to place such an order.

Shipping Method

Australia Post surface mail is a door to door service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name. All orders must be signed for on delivery. If you are not present when delivery takes place a postal card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office at a later time.

Shipping Timeframe

Most orders are processed and dispatched within one business day of the order being placed. Please allow 2 to 4 working days on the eastern seaboard of Australia and 5 to 7 working days to WA, NT and SA.

Please be aware that during the Christmas holiday period delivery can take longer than normal. Delivery times are subject to 3rd party suppliers, the quoted delivery times are only an approximation and as such are only a guide to average delivery times. If you require an item to be delivered urgently, call us on – 0415 589 336 - or contact us and we can organise either an express post or courier service for you.

We reserve the right to alter the cost and availability of products where and when necessary.

Returns Policy

Goods Arrived Damaged?

Any age and wear is part of the product qualities and charm, they are after all, antique, industrial or just plain old! We do however strive to sell only the most covetable and quality pieces that we can "find"! 

If for some reason your goods arrived damaged, we will do everything we can to fix the issue as quickly as possible. Just call us on – 0415 589 336 - or contact us. We want you to be 100% happy with your Apostlebird purchase and if the condition of the product isn't what was promised, we'll fix it for you. Please make sure you contact us with in 7 days of accepting delivery.

ALL purchases are final.  No refunds, exchanges or credit notes are given for any purchases and all items are purchased as seen.
